Six homes in the first phase
Each home has a floor area of 147.3 m² and an 800 m² plot. The layouts are identical. The homes differ by address, position within the development and current stage of construction.
Home No. 1 is €330,000 with a fully finished interior. Homes Nos. 2–6 are €330,000 with a white-box finish. Completion of the interior can be commissioned separately on request for homes with a white-box finish.

First phase
Compare the positions of the six homes
All six homes have the same floor area, layout and plot size. Their principal difference is their position within the development. Select a home number on the plan to view its address and current availability.
The first duplex is scheduled to be commissioned for occupancy by the end of 2026. Under the current programme, the remaining homes are due between late 2026 and early 2027. The sequence of works will be refined in line with buyer selections.

Second phase
Single-storey homes are an option in the second phase, with prices on request. Plots Nos. 7–8 and Nos. 9–10 are also offered in pairs: 800 + 800 m², totalling 1,600 m² for €120,000 per pair. Land can be purchased only before construction begins.
Third phase
Homes Nos. 15–16 have been sold. Plots Nos. 17–18 are sold together: 800 + 800 m², totalling 1,600 m² for €128,000 (€80/m²), for the construction of a detached home.

First-phase home prices and finishes
Home No. 1 at Cīniju iela 9 is currently offered with a fully finished interior for 330 000 €. Homes Nos. 2–6 are available with a white-box finish for 330 000 €.
For Homes Nos. 2–6, interior completion can be commissioned separately. The scope of work, materials, price and schedule are agreed individually.

Living spaces downstairs, bedrooms upstairs
The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and living area opening onto a 19.5 m² terrace. It also includes a study that can serve as a guest room, a bathroom and a plant room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. The private accommodation is separated from the kitchen, living area and garden access.

Every home uses the same structural and engineering systems. The white-box and fully finished options differ only in the extent of completed interior work.

White-box finish
The rooms are prepared for the next stage of work. The owner may select the final materials and interior design independently, or agree a fully finished interior separately with the developer.
The specification for the selected home sets out the exact scope of completed work.

Fully finished interior
Interior work is completed to an approved specification. Before selecting a home, the buyer receives a schedule of the finishing materials, installed equipment and work included in the price.
A special offer for the first buyers: Home No. 1 with a fully finished interior — €330,000. Sanitary fittings, doors and lighting, including lamps and chandeliers, are installed; floors and ceilings are finished. The kitchen, built-in furniture and freestanding furniture are purchased separately.
For Homes Nos. 2–6, a fully finished interior can be commissioned separately on request.

Viewing and documents
We show you the selected home and plot, and explain the layout, engineering systems and specification.

Reservation — 10%
Once the terms are agreed, the selected home is reserved with a payment of 10% of its purchase price.

Completion — 90%
The remaining 90% is paid after construction of the selected home is complete, it has been commissioned for occupancy and the main transaction is concluded.
Instalments and rent-to-own
Alongside an outright purchase, we offer instalment payments for a home and rent-to-own arrangements. All terms are discussed individually.
