Six homes in the first phase

Each home has a floor area of 147.3 m² and an 800 m² plot. The layouts are identical. The homes differ by address, position within the development and current stage of construction.

A home with a white-box finish is priced at €350,000. A fully finished interior can be commissioned separately to an agreed specification.

Compare the positions of the six homes

All six homes have the same floor area, layout and plot size. Their principal difference is their position within the development. Select a home number on the plan to view its address and current availability.

The first homes are scheduled for completion in autumn 2026. Under the current programme, the remaining homes are due between late 2026 and early 2027. The sequence of works will be refined in line with buyer selections.

First phase

Home No. 1 is the show home and has a fully finished interior. Homes Nos. 2–6 are offered with a white-box finish.

Homes 7–12 · design stage

Second phase

Prices are available on request. A single-storey format is provisionally being considered for Homes Nos. 7–10.

Homes 13–18 · details on request

Third phase

Homes Nos. 15–16 have been sold. Positions Nos. 17–18 may be considered as a single plot for the construction of a detached house.

Price

Pricing reflects the home's stage of completion

Home No. 1 at Cīniju iela 9 is currently offered with a fully finished interior for 380 000 €. Homes Nos. 2–6 are available with a white-box finish for 350 000 €.

As construction progresses, further homes will also receive completed interiors. The price of a particular home may increase as its stage of completion and the scope of completed work advance.

If a home is selected at the white-box stage, a fully finished interior can be agreed separately.

Floor plan

Living spaces downstairs, bedrooms upstairs

The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen and living area opening onto a 19.5 m² terrace. It also includes a study that can serve as a guest room, a bathroom and a plant room.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. The private accommodation is separated from the kitchen, living area and garden access.

Specification

The same core specification, with different levels of interior completion

Every home uses the same structural and engineering systems. The white-box and fully finished options differ only in the extent of completed interior work.

White-box finish

The rooms are prepared for the next stage of work. The owner may select the final materials and interior design independently, or agree a fully finished interior separately with the developer.

The specification for the selected home sets out the exact scope of completed work.

Fully finished interior

Interior work is completed to an approved specification. Before selecting a home, the buyer receives a schedule of the finishing materials, installed equipment and work included in the price.

Home No. 1 is currently offered with a fully finished interior. As construction progresses, further homes will also be completed to this level.

Purchase process

10% on reservation, 90% after the home is completed

Before reserving, you can compare the available homes, review the floor plans and specification, visit the site and ask questions about construction.

We provide current information on available positions, including price, level of finish, stage of construction and location within the development.

Viewing and documents

We show you the selected home and plot, and explain the layout, engineering systems and specification.

Reservation — 10%

Once the terms are agreed, the selected home is reserved with a payment of 10% of its purchase price.

Completion — 90%

The remaining 90% is paid after construction of the selected home is complete, it has been commissioned for occupancy and the main transaction is concluded.

If mortgage financing is required, a consultation with an SEB banka specialist can be arranged. The bank assesses every lending decision and its terms individually.
